Lil’ Tigers-

The Lil’ Tigers program is designed specifically for children ages 4-7. In addition to teaching the Jackson’s Martial Arts and Fitness Curriculum, this program emphasizes physical fitness, motor skill development, and life skills. Students will learn traditional martial arts values such as respect, focus, and discipline in an environment that cultivates personal growth. Class consists of physical and mental exercises, mixed martial arts techniques, and games that are designed to benefit students both physically and mentally while sharpening their techniques. Class schedules are oriented around helping each student to achieve their goals regardless of skill level.

Children-

The Children’s program is designed specifically for children ages 8-13. In addition to teaching the Jackson’s Martial Arts and Fitness Curriculum students will be challenged at their skill level and developed as young martial artists. They will also improve their physical fitness and learn life skills. Students will learn traditional martial arts values such as respect, focus, and discipline in an environment that cultivates personal growth. Class consists of physical and mental exercises, mixed martial arts techniques, and games that are designed to benefit students both physically and mentally while sharpening their techniques. Class schedules are oriented around helping each student to achieve their goals regardless of skill level.

Adult-

The Adult’s program is designed specifically for those ages 14 and up. The adult program caters to a wide variety of students including self-defense students, aspiring amateur competitors, aspiring professional competitors, and those looking for a fun and exciting way to stay in shape. This program offers a full study of the Jackson’s Martial Arts and Fitness system, with a heavy emphasis on not only technique, but also tactical strategy and training methods that are unique to the system. Class consists of sport specific exercises, technique drills, and a variety of world class training methods developed by Greg Jackson to build UFC world champions. Class schedules are oriented around helping each student to achieve their goals regardless of skill level.

 

 

The Jackson’s Martial Arts and Fitness Curriculum

The Jackson’s Martial Arts and Fitness Curriculum is comprehensive and includes all aspects of MMA: Striking, Wrestling, and Submission Grappling. The framework of the Jackson’s Curriculum was built in Albuquerque, New Mexico at the Jackson’s MMA professional facility. Greg Jackson developed techniques, tactics, and training methods to create some of the best MMA fighters on the planet. These fighters include top UFC champions and contenders spanning across all weight classes and organizations. The Jackson’s Martial Arts and Fitness Curriculum builds an understanding of fundamental MMA techniques, chains them together into tactics, and incorporates the larger picture of overall fight strategy. The curriculum also focuses on the development of essential martial arts skills such as base, movement, balance, angles, breakdown, posture, framing, leverage, control, and creativity. Students will progress through a series of belt rankings which represent the student’s development through the Jackson’s system.
